Shipping Policy

At Studio ALOI, each piece of bespoke jewelry is uniquely crafted to order. Once your jewelry piece is completed, we will ship it via Emirates Post for standard shipping or FedEx for faster delivery, depending on your preference. Both shipping options include insurance for your protection.

Shipping Timeframe

Please allow 1-3 weeks for the completion and shipment of your custom jewelry. For faster delivery, FedEx shipping will typically reduce transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly (Emirates Post or FedEx). If the issue remains unresolved, please email us at info@myaloi.com with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim through the shipping provider's insurance.

Damaged Jewelry

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your piece immediately. If your jewelry is damaged during shipping, use the included insurance to file a claim. Contact us at info@myaloi.com within 30 days of the shipping date, and provide your order number and images of the damage so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Customs Inspection

Occasionally, customs may inspect your package, which can result in incidental damages. If your package is affected, please inform us promptly so we can help you address the issue.

Customs Delays

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs delays, and we recommend contacting the shipping provider for any updates on customs processing.

VAT and Customs Fees

Please note that VAT and customs fees are not included in the cost of your jewelry and will be billed separately by the importing country. Refund requests for VAT must be handled directly through the importing country’s customs office.
