Refund Policy

At Studio ALOI, each jewelry piece is uniquely commissioned and crafted to meet your specific design preferences. Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once a commission has been agreed upon and the creation process has begun.
Custom Orders
Since each piece is made to order based on individual client requests, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made jewelry unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the agreed-upon design.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your commissioned piece arrives damaged or is not as per the specifications discussed at the time of order confirmation, you may be eligible for a replacement or repair. Refund requests for damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, either through repair, replacement, or a partial refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For all returns due to damage or error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we confirm the issue, we will cover the shipping costs for any replacement items.
Non-Refundable Items
As each jewelry piece is designed specifically for the individual client, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or personal preferences once production has commenced.
Customs Duties and VAT
Refunds on customs duties and VAT taxes are subject to the importing country’s customs office and must be processed separately by the customer.
